Our houses connect UK's campus with the Lexington community and consist of:
- Bingham Davis House: 218 E Maxwell Street
- Commonwealth House: 226 E Maxwell Street
- Betts House: 232 E Maxwell Street
Bingham Davis House and Commonwealth House are available to our campus partners for reservation. To reserve either the ground floor of Bingham Davis House or the ground floor of Commonwealth House for your event, please complete the request form here. You must also complete an event approval request in UK's Event Management System.
Please note the following restrictions in place during the semester:
We cannot accept whole weekday (M-F) reservations for Bingham Davis House during the semester because of regularly scheduled classes. We are happy to accommodate meetings of a shorter length during the semester, subject to availability.
Commonwealth House is not available for reservations on Thursdays, also because of regularly scheduled classes.
